goodnite?

It's really great to stay up all night, you know?

And incoherent though I may be, I surely do enjoy hanging out with all my friends...playing Rock Band (-:

And it was a really fun day of shopping!!!

Anyway. That's my random thought of the month.

Peace out,

Burn, baby burn.

All right, this is a totally new low, even for me, but then again, we all have our moments.

SO. Last night, me, my mom, and my loving, *cough!* sympathetic, *choke!* siblings decided to enjoy a nice meal of pasta, garlic bread, and salad on the deck...by candle light. Now, that should have been a heads-up, for me and my...clumsiness. Anyway, after we were done eating, my two siblings went to the neighbor children's house to play...football...I think. My mom and I cleared the table, and then we decided to play cards on the deck.

Then, my brothers came home. We were playing a 2-4 player game, so we quickly made room for them, moved candles around, etc. I had a candle in front of me, so I could see my hand of cards. I leaned over to draw for my turn, and...well...I smell something burning. I look down, thinking it's the drawcord of my sweatshirt, and lo and behold, my hait was on fire!!!

Luckily school hasn't started yet for me, hmmm...?

And on this cheery note, I take my leave: DON'T LEAN OVER FIRE WHEN YOUR SOMEWHAT LONG HAIR IS LOOSE!!!

Peace out,

School starts soon, people.

August. There are posters dangling from the ceilings in Target, Wal-Mart, Meijer, you name it. There are kids in the malls, spending $200 of their parent's money in the malls, three days in a row, all on clothes. The stores all have crayons in the 120 boxes. Like, seriously, who would bring THAT MANY crayons to school. They'd get stolen in, like, a month. The glue is being sold, four for a dollar, and the teacher stores probably bring in $10,000 a night. gahhh, this is so...grrrrrr

Seriously, I'm probably going to end up wearing all of my "retard shirts,"as my friend calls them. And the same pair of jeans each week. No joke. But I LOVE my "retard shirts" and my jeans. Even though I need a new pair. To the mall, later. possibly today, instead of at 12:31. Except maybe a lot closer to noon.

And, of course, with my procrastinating skills, I'm going to be in the stores until the security gurards throw me out when the store closes on the last day of summer break.

Anyway...Rant over...

peace out,

owww...

Just a tip here---Don't walk on the street without shoes. My poor feet are red and swollen and my big toe has a very large blister on it.

Alright, here's the scoop...My friend showed up at my house yesterday, and we decided to go for a walk. So, me being my dumb old self that it is, decided to waltz right out the door, with no regard to my feet's safety. Well, our 'little' walk turned into a half mile and me wearing no shoes whatsoever.

Yeow!!!

Time for another foot soak...

Peace out,

Isn't it sad...? How life moves along so quickly...and we don't even realize it.

To steal one of my dear friend's sayings, "Day by day, nothing seems to change. But when you look back, everything's different."

And another one, this time from a different friend. "There's a little truth behind every 'just kidding', a little curiosity behind every 'just wondering,' a little knowledge behind every 'I don't know', and a little emotion behind every 'I don't care'."

All right. I guess I'm just feeling totally mellow or something today. I just finished reading the book series The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, by Anne Brashares, and it just reminds me a little of my own friends. We all 'are' one sister, in a way. Mind you, I'm mostly talking about charecter here, not background (although that does come into it at some points.)

For those of you who have read it, my BFFFFFFFFF in the whole entire world, Brittany, is Bridget, from the story. Wild, outgoing, and without a mommy to live her, she is the one that we all try to look after.

Adriana would probably be...Tibby. Minus the swearing. She is smart, pratical, but she will occasionally do the daring for the sake of us, her friends.

Tiffany would probably be Carmen. The biggest difference there would be that Tiffany is not really self-destructing. She's the one who shoves me off my butt and gets me to do things out of my house.

And I guess that me, Emily, would be Lena. Although, I can't draw worth crap, I try to do other things with any talent I might have.

Peace out
